How I Became a Stay at Home Dad by making my Family.........my Business!
Hi! My name is Marvin Wesley.
I'm named after the grandfathers on both sides of my family -- Marvin Ernest, and John Wesley.
I recently moved from the "big city" to a dairy farm in Wisconsin where I spend time with my wife and children for a living.
That's right -- my family time pays the bills
A lot of people envy my ability to do what I do. They know that raising strong children in today's society is more important than ever before -- they dream about being able to spend both quantity and quality time with their spouse. But raising a strong family takes an incredible amount of both time and money.
Balancing work and time at home can be challenging at best. With the economy in a seeming free fall.....there are no shortage of obstacles. I know, I lived it as a prisoner in a cubicle farm for years. But now, despite the current economic conditions, I'm meeting all challenges and overcoming most obstacles from home...., and so can you!
It Was Bad...

As of December 2008 I was working 10 hour days selling office supplies just to pay the bills. There was simply no time and nowhere near enough money to focus on my own personal growth, much less to develop my ability to connect deeply with my family and begin the process of sharing with them my hopes and dreams for their lives.
I was a prisoner to paying the bills and had resigned myself to taking my family to church Sunday and hoping that would be enough to keep them out of trouble. And then................
It Got Worse!
The first thing businesses stop buying in a down economy is.....office supplies. It saves them money but it stinks for the office supply salesmen! After a painful conversation with my supervisor, I found myself sitting in my car wondering how I was going to provide food for my wife and my children.
As I stared out the windshield trying to build up the nerve to go home I looked over and saw a 3 x 5 card on the passenger seat -- I picked it up and read the words I had written months earlier as part of my time-limited personal growth plan........
"Find a way to make a living by following your passion."
Time stood still for a moment and in the silence I made a decision......
I will do what ever it takes to find a job that will give me the freedom to follow my passion for personal growth and family development.
I know, I know, it sounds completely unrealistic, but that was only one year ago and now...
I'm Earning $$ by Spending time with my Family!
Okay, okay, here's how I did it. I've always had a passion for reading "self-help" and motivational material. One day, I came across a review of a product called SBI and I knew instantly that this was the "whatever it takes"!

By beginning with my own personal growth, I've improved my ability to successfully connect with my wife and kids on a daily basis. As we experience life together, I take the lessons learned from those experiences and share them with you.
And thus a true "family" business is formed!
That's how it's working for me, but you can build your own business from any passion, hobby, skill, or level of expertise. And you can do it in your spare time. Before I lost my job, I was spending less than two hours a day building a business that is now my main source of income less than a year later.
There are literally hundreds of ways to monetize a web business and SBI walks you through all of them....when the time is right.
My brother recently told me that he wishes he could find a way to make enough money to stay on top of the bills.....well now he can, and so can you.
